To create self-efficacy and individual excellence within children by creating positive life-changing experiences through the development of leadership skills, guided by the five Wells of Leadership outlined by Dr. Robert M. Franklin Jr. of Morehouse College: Well-Read, Well-Traveled, Well-Spoken, Well-Dressed, and Well Balanced.
To produce to society a well-read student that effectively articulates their thoughts and ideas, presents themselves with dignity and respect, who is actively involved in making a difference in the lives of others both locally and abroad.
